All mail order items are quickly dispatched (within 24 hours) from our premises, Monday to Friday. Our cut off time for same day postage is 11am. Orders received after 11am are dispatched the following day.
Small items are handled by Royal Mail in the UK and Internationally.

Parcels
Larger UK items are sent via Parcelforce. This covers turntables, cdjs, mixers and controllers. We can also arrange to have items collected at your convenience. Please note: Parcelforce request 24 hours notice in advance of any collection from our premises or yourself.
Delivery or collection via Parcelforce Express 24 is charged at £14 per parcel (UK mainland – up to 30kg in weight and 1.5m in size).

Insurance is always recommended, however this is your own decision and responsibility. In the unfortunate event that something happens to your equipment during transit, we can not be held responsible. Items must be adequately packed for insurance claims, so please make sure to check out the packaging requirements below.
If you are sending your turntables to us, or anywhere else, either for servicing, sales or customisation, we strongly recommend our own custom shipping boxes. They are £39.99 each and provide maximum safety. Tried and tested all over the world! Please see the link below…
Old skool / heavy duty, full metal construction are ok. More modern, lightweight cases are not always up to the job! Please note: Cases do require to be wrapped or packed in cardboard or boxed prior to sending.
Original Packaging
This is acceptable but we recommend packing in additional outer boxes for extra safety.
Own Packaging
We appreciate you may no longer have the original packaging or flight cases. Please ensure the turntables are extremely well packed so they arrive safely. The same packaging will be used for return. If we feel the packaging is not adequate, we may charge a return packaging fee.
For Technics servicing and repairs, you do not need to send your platters, counter weight or headshells!
Please do not use pallet wrap or similar type cling films, these are often refused by the courier. If you would like to conceal your items, bin bags are acceptable.
This is acceptable if the original inserts are included, but we recommend packing in additional outer boxes for extra safety.

Heavy duty flight cases are acceptable. Please note, hard cases do require to be wrapped or packed in cardboard or boxed prior to sending. Soft cases are ok as long as they are protected by outer packing materials and boxed.
