Thanks to the tone-arm-free system on the PLX-CRSS12, gone are the days of needle skipping in Digital Vinyl mode. When touched, the MAGVEL CLAMP will hold records firmly in place which allows for direct control over the digital music file. This provides a true vinyl feeling with no need for the use of the tone arm. For analogue records, the PLX-CRSS12 emulates the experience of using the popular PLX-1000 deck.
Evolved Sound Quality
Designed and built upon the PLX-1000 professional DJ turntable, the PLX-CRSS12 has various components, such as the switching power supply, that have been added or upgraded to provide improved sound quality and sound reproduction. Unwanted vibrations and noise have been reduced because of these improved designed features.
Performance Pads OLED Display
There are 4 built-in MIDI-mappable Performance Pads that can host loads of Serato DJ Pro and rekordbox features โ right at your fingertips! Enhance your performances by using the Hot Cue mode, Sampler and Stems features. With the OLED display, it makes it even easier to quickly access utility settings and information.
Feeling Adjustment
Whether you like a heavy or light feel, the MAGVEL CLAMP can adjust the record to your preferred feeling without adjusting the slip mats of slip sheets. There are 3 deck stopping speeds you can choose from via a switch on the front of the unit, and the torque can be adjusted in the utility settings.
Rekordbox & Serato DJ Compatible
Compatible with both rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro, the PLX-CRSS12 is fully versatile regardless of what DJ software you prefer. Connect it to a PC/Mac with DJ software installed, and to a mixer that supports the DVS function of the respective software, to start playing in Digital Vinyl mode and using the Performance Pads.
Sleek Design in Battle Mode
The sleek matte black design of the PLX-CRSS12, as well as the Battle mode design provides a robust and elegant appearance that caters to the needs of any performance DJ. Special coatings are applied to the tone arm and other metal parts giving the PLX-CRSS12 a stunning overall look.
